These are requirements for regular ranks and members.

1) You MUST have 300-500 posts to get Full sync.

2) You have to train for at least 4 pages. This is very powerful form so it has to have hard stuff.

3) You have to have trained for 51%+ for 2 pages to obtain full sync.

4) You can only full sync with your LD.

5) This always lasts for 9 posts, with a one time a battle
